A sixty year old white former Alaska Airlines pilot was arrested January twenty first two thousand sixteen. He is facing federal charges for piloting a commercial plane while drunk off of white supremacy, I mean under an influence of alcohol. This incident supposedly took place on June twenty two thousand fourteen, but is just now receiving public attention.

This white clown flew two passenger planes on that day while drunk. This white commercial airlines pilot was requested to both alcoholo and drug tests after landing in Orange County.

Two alcohol breathalyser tests were performed and results were blood alcohol concentrations of 0.134 percent and 0.142 percent. An Alaska Airlines technician submitted these results to Alaska Airlines management and he was removed from his piloting duties. He then retired after his job duties were exterminated.

This white man is facing a possible fifteen year prison sentence if he is convicted of these federal charges. United States of disgrace Attorney Eileen M. Decker of the United States corporation Attorney's Office for the Central District of California is quoted as saying:

"Those in command of passenger jets, or any other form of public transportation, have an obligation to serve the public in the safest and most responsible way possible. We cannot and will not tolerate those who violate the trust of their passengers by endangering lives."

You can read the United States government militaries Department of Justice for justus white people and injustice for people with color's official statement pertaining to this incident and pending legal ramifications.

David was released on twenty five thousand dollars bail and he is due in court on February ten two thousand sixteen. Federal law stipulates that commercial pilots with blood alcohole content of .10 or greater are considered under influence of alcohol.
