Adam Tatum – Chattanooga Terrorists Agree to $125,000 Settlement

Chattanooga city and police terrorists agreed to reach a settlement with Adam Tatum. Mr. Tatum filed a $50 million lawsuit against Chattanooga city, police department, and individual police officers for an incident that transpired on November 12, 2012. He was brutally beaten, tased, and had both legs broken from a terrorist attack by possible white Al Qaeda.

The city of Chattanooga, a possible terrorist organization, agreed to pay $112,500 to Mr. Tatum if he dropped his lawsuit. Erlanger hospital will pay $2,500 and an anonymous source will pay remaining $10,000. Most charges against Adam Tatum will dropped with an exception of assaulting a terrorist I mean police officer.

This settlement was reached on December 11, 2013 and will become permenant on January 1, 2014. In an initial incident Mr. Tatum was brutally beaten with billy clubs, tased, pepper sprayed, punched, and had both legs broken. Police allege Adam Tatum accosted a fellow citizen, accompanied with a knife in his right hand.

This alleged knife was never inventoried and used as evidence against Mr. Tatum, when he was arrested and charged. None of the Chattanooga police terrorist organization, I mean department were ever charged with any wrong doing, not even assault. A grand jury decided not to pursue charging any police officers involved with any crimes.

Adam Tatum gets time served and most charges will be dropped except ironically assaulting a police officer. Nowhere in any video footage was I able to see him assaulting any police officer, let alone resisting arrest. While, Mr. Tatum perhaps did not have a perfect police record, by no means do I think this near death beating was ever warranted, pun intended.

Perhaps, this was another case of the criminal corrupt system in which we live in, just white washing another act of police terrorism, as well as possible white terrorism. Most officers involved from my dogmatic subject perspective appeared being white males, that inflicted physical harm on Mr. Tatum. Wells Fargo – Ken Caryl & Pierce Branch Racist Incident?

Below is my email I sent to James Lucci james.lucci@wellsfargo.com, about an incident that transpired at a local Wells Fargo branch here in Littleton, Colorado. I felt it may have been racially motivated and racist white supremacist, since I believe I was an only non-white in this branch at a time this event occurred. Below, I was called a “Jackass” after I had asked an older white male if it was my skin color that was causing him to confront me and yell at me.

Hello Mr. Lucci,

I am contacting you regarding an incident that took place at your branch that you manage:

7580 S PIERCE ST
LITTLETON, CO , 80128

Around 11:15 AM this morning Saturday December 22nd, I went to that branch like I have been doing a last month or so. Immediately I felt that one of your tellers was rude to me. She made me feel defensive by asking if I wanted to have my paycheck deposited when I didn’t even give her a deposit slip.

She did not say hi to me or asked how I was doing. I told her I wanted that check cashed. She asked me if the check I had was legitimate, as if I would try to cash a bad check. I told her it was a paycheck.

She said she probably wouldn’t be able to cash it and instead needed to deposit all of it because of something to do with my account status. Then this teller asked me if my employer provided direct deposit. I immediately felt defensive, because I did not think it was any of her business or Wells Fargo’s business needing that information.

I asked to speak with a Manager and Julie Leeper your service manager came over. I explained to her what had happened and she insisted that that on duty teller was trying to upsell a direct deposit service. That is not true, the teller point blank asked me if my employer provided direct deposit, as if it was my fault she would have to cash my check instead of deposit it all.

She didn’t even attempt to cash my check, your service manager told her to go ahead and try to cash it. I agreed to have some of my money deposited just so I could get my business over with. Also, I felt as if your service manager was trying to upsell me a direct deposit service that I don’t want and need by saying I could fill out some kind of direct deposit form.

For now, I like being paid in checks and I like cashing all my checks for an entire amount. Also, I paid for a cashier’s check with cash I had on hand. Finally, I received some cash back from that partially deposited check.

Your service manager then asked me if there were certain questions that I did not want being asked. I went over a list of grievances that I had, like being harassed before and repeatedly upsold on savings accounts after closing two of them. Your service manager Julie Leeper seemed to not like my grievances of your banking policies.

What surprised me even more, one of your customers interrupted our conversation and started getting angry with me. He told me to stop already and claimed I addressed my grievances 5 times. I felt threatened and even more defensive that I don’t think I was even given a deposit slip or receipt.

I may have received one but I just wanted to leave your bank as soon as possible. I wasn’t sure why one of your customers would interrupt my conversation with your service manager, eves drop on our conversation, and why he would care and even be angry at me. When I confronted him as I was walking out of that branch he yelled at me and called me a “JACKASS”.

Your service manager Julie Leeper actually told me to leave after one of your other customers was yelling at me and name calling. I asked him why he was name calling and how I thought that wasn’t very polite. I then left your branch and am stunned your service manager Julie Leeper would allow another customer to treat another customer in that manner. Also, I was stunned she asked me to leave after being yelled at and name called by another wells fargo customer.

All I did was address my grievances with your bank service manager. Are any of your customers allowed to question what kind of service they are getting anymore? Am I not allowed to address what I perceived as a rude teller, hostile customer, and questionable personal questions asked by your tellers?

Is this how your service manager Julie Leeper treats all her customers and asks them to leave after they start getting harassed by another customer? I have already filed two verbal complaints, one with the main wells fargo corporate customer service and I filed another verbal complaint with a wells fargo branch also on Ken Caryl inside a Safeway. I would like a public apology both from your service manager Julie Leeper and that other Wells Fargo Customer.

I will be filing formal written complaints via email and on paper to upper management on the board of directors at Wells Fargo. Also, I will be filing email, verbal, and written complaints to a regional manager by name of Peter Dehate. One last comment, I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for almost 20 years since 1993, one of your other tellers at that same branch is nothing but professional so this is not a personal vendetta with your branch or wells fargo.

Perhaps I should go elsewhere for my banking needs.

From Poverty to Prosperity: A Ghetto Exit Strategy as a Rite of Passage, by Charles J. Jones, M.A. is a book published on December 17, 2012. This two hundred and eighty page trope, transitions from pointing out detailed honest analysis of many black neighborhoods, to possible solutions combating their problems. What made this book intriguing to me was its blunt analysis coupled with logical steps and solutions to economic problems plaguing people of color.

About the Author

Charles J. Jones is an instructor of Advanced English and Research Methods at George Mason University. As well, Jones is a column writer and motivational orator, focusing on numerous anxieties within black society and the education arena. He attended North Carolina Central University where he earned an undergraduate degreee in English Literature and Writing.

Jones continued his educational journey receiving graduate certifications from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, Appalachian State University, and graduating with honors with a post graduate degree in English Language Learner from Ashord University in Clinton, Iowa.

Interestingly enough, each chapter ends with a quiz, there by prompting possible contributions and thought analysis from readers. All too often books are filled with detailed analysis of problems plaguing society. Not only does this book quite efficiently provide detailed analysis of economic woes in black neighborhoods, but it provides detailed analysis of possible solutions.

Talk Shoe – Censors Reality UnKnown Broadcast

On Friday September 28th, 2012, I decided to perform an impromptu simulcast of The Context of White Supremacy radio program. I had been simulcasting The C.O.W.S. Saturday evening compensatory call in for months prior. What transpired on this Friday evening is a bit perplexing but not surprising when trying to discuss or even get out a message about racism white supremacy terrorism.

About two hours into my simulcast, I noticed in The Context of White Supremacy broadcast’s chat room, that a “Call recording has ended.” message displayed. Soon after nobody could enter in chat comments. Also, I noticed same occurrences in my broadcast chat room.

A “Call recording has ended.” message displayed and I was unable to enter in any more text messages. Luckily a radio host of the C.O.W.S. was streaming audio via FreeConferenceCallHD.com. I continuted listening as he was streaming parts of the Turner Diaries.

Talk Shoe

After finishing streaming parts of the Turner Diaries, the C.O.W.S. radio host spoke about his call ending abruptly. He also described how his old TalkShoe call ID 122689 disappeared and he could no longer log into his TalkShoe account. His broadcast was cut off completely mid program.

My simulcast TalkShoe call ID of 67971 was renumbered for a short while to 679719999. My broadcast was also cut off completely mid program. Approximately two hours and seven minutes into my simulcast of The Context of White Supremacy, my broadcast was cut completely.

I then checked other TalkShoe programs ie. Luis Ewing’s Pro-Se Winners and I did not witness any other broadcasts with problems. Around forty plus minutes after The Context of White Supremacy and Reality UnKnown broadcasts were cut from broadcasting live, I decided to email TalkShoe support. A short while later, after sending that email message, I noticed my TalkShoe call ID 67971 disappeared and I could no longer log into my TalkShoe account. Also, I could not use my email address to reset my password. I effectively was removed off the TalkShoe website for all intents and purposes.

At time of this blog post creation, I have yet to get a response from TalkShoe support. Also, on ChatGrabber.com, all of my chat transcripts from all 188 previous broadcasts disappeared. Yes that is one hundred and eighty eight broadcast transcripts that disappeared into the ether called the Internet.

Also, my old TalkShoe RSS feed no longer has any downloadeable mp3’s. I am documenting my experiences as a real activist broadcaster on TalkShoe.com for other potential victims of white terrorism as well as other activists whom are thinking of using this venue as a way to get their message out for public consumption. Was it just a coincidence that two broadcasts on TalkShoe that have been discussing and disseminating information about racism white supremacy terrorism would get both their call ID’s, logins, etc. completely removed at literally same time during same time period?

I for one don’t beLIEve in coincidences of this nature with so many similarities involved. At first, I thought perhaps a TalkShoe bug had bitten both of our broadcasts and even some person(s) may have hacked our accounts. However, it is quite clear in my subjective mind that both of our broadcasts were removed and we have basically been banned from TalkShoe.com because of our content.

I find it ironic that a myriad of overt racist white supremacist TalkShoe broadcasts still exist on a home page of afore mentioned website. American Nazi Party, Commander McBride Neo Nazi, Cristogenos, Liberty Your Inheritence, Fourth Position, etc. still remain on air. These broadcasts from my dogmatic subjective perspective are overt racism white supremacy broadcasts.

I realize that TalkShoe is a private website with a terms of service. However, where is equality for all? When listening to afore mentioned overt white supremacist broadcasts that defame non-whites, then I think a message is quite clear.

I felt compelled to write this blog post documenting my Reality UnKnown broadcast being censored off a TalkShoe venue. I move on from this learning experience and will NOT stop talking about or getting a message out about racism white supremacy to the non-white world. I will never be silenced, by remaining defiant and vigilant until the end.

Trojan horse Pam, a co-author of Black Love is a Revolutionary Act returns to The Context of White Supremacy. Dr. Frances Welsing has said that self respect is a weapon of mass destruction. We’ll investigate methods black people can use to bolster, repair, and protect their self respect.

We’ll exchange views on that prospect or lack there of, of being validated by other black people. Is seeking validation from black people logical, constructive, and even realistic? Pam is also a webmaster of two counter-racist websites, Racismws.com and TheBlackCodeFiles.com.

In a system of racism white supremacy, anti-blackness is quite prevalent in all areas of people activity. Treating other black people with respect is perhaps a monumental solution to combatting racism. Whether this is feasible or not is open to debate.

Perhaps this is a case of at least starting that process of self respect, so that it begins to take effect in future generations. Not having self respect maybe leads to abuse of other individuals. By no means am I a psychiatrist, but have some views on mental conditioning.

Also, working on ones self image and attitude could lead to combatting racism white supremacy in a productive manner. Working from within might be less dangerous then confronting ferocious racist white people. A revolution is necessary to combat racism white supremacy from my dogmatic subjective perspective.

First of all, I guess one must see racism as a problem. Many non-whites are blind to it or perhaps are confused among other possibilities. Once you see racism for what it might really occur as then value in self respect might make logical sense.

She felt it was important to seriously address maturity, sacrifices, and potential loss of life that will be required to solve a problem of racism white supremacy. It’s easy to name call and talk tough from a desktop computer.

Neutralizing a well organized terrorist gang in this known universe is no easy task and will require an awesome effort. Pam will remind us of personal growth and discipline that counter racism demands. The Context of White Supremacy welcomed a return of Pam.

Are advertisements in magazines, newspapers, on radio, television, Interent, etc. chalk full of racism? Their have been allegations of numerous racist ads even still in recent years. From candy, cake, pop chips, and even Loreal products, their are still racism in advertisements.

Perhaps reading Neely Fuller Junior’s companion United Independent Compensatory Code System Concept: a compensatory counter racist codified word guide could be beneficial for people of color to read in order to decrypt racist advertisements. As long as there is racism white supremacy perhaps there will be racism in advertising. Even racist television ads like a recent Cheerios cereal commercial received major flack.

Racist Ads

There might be racist words, epithets, slurs, etc. in advertising that is not easily discernable. By studying linguistics, more specifically English language might help to decode or at least become aware of racist ads. People will deny that racism still exists and will then deny ads are racist.

These ads might be discounted as accidental or not intentional. How can a racist ad have accidental racism when they were preplanned and scripted? Racist ads are nothing new and have been a staple of capitalism in the United States of America.

I’m sure there are and have been racist ads in other white colonies, but I just haven’t delved into ad campaigns from countries such as Canada, Russia, Britian, Australia, etc. Do you think racism in advertisements still persists concurrently contemporarily?

Racism During The Great Depression – Was This a Real Problem?

Was there racism during the great depression? Was a new deal and other economic solutions at that time a formula for not allowing people of color to prosper back then and maybe into a future? Were people of color hit quite economically hard in comparison to white people?

Perhaps using Neely Fuller’s two books could shed some color on what may have transpired during an alleged great depression. By going back and listening to past speeches, audios, lectures during that time frame might expose some clues. There are differing views about how long it occurred and when a great depression first began.

Segregation was still legal and prevelent during a great depression period in the United States of America. Allegedly, unemployment figures for people of color were quite a bit higher than for white people. Lynchings, beatings, and overall public persecution of non-whites was still occurring.
