Zeitgeist: Moving Forward, by director Peter Joseph Merola, is a feature length documentary work which will present a case for a needed transition out of a current socioeconomic monetary paradigm which governs the entire world society. This subject matter will transcend some issues of cultural relativism and traditional ideology and move to relate a core, empirical “life ground” attributes of human and social survival, extrapolating those immutable natural laws into a new sustainable social paradigm called a “Resource Based Economy”. Zeitgeist Moving Forward is a third installment of Peter Joseph Merolas' movie documentaries.

This third installment of Zeitgeist series was released on January fifteenth two thousand and eleven. This documentary from my dogmatic subjective perspective dealt with solutions to a current problematic system in comparison previous two documentary films. One solution deals with a monetary system currently used on most of planet Earth.

The Federal Reserve monetary system whom many individuals now think influences economies world wide, basically uses coins and fiat currency. This system is viewed by many people as being nefarious and intentionally corrupt. A resource based economy allegedly will replace a current monetary system.

With that being typed, is money really just a brain washing control mechanism? Certainly there could be more prosperous ways to conduct human activity. Why has money been so prevalently used in past few centuries by countries, nations, states, etc?

Perhaps one reason is to control masses of people into using one system as a means to justify their enslavement. To me at least it makes sense that by having a central monetary system then one person or a group of people could easily manipulate this system for their benefit. I find it more nefarious than just greed for profits, but perhaps more succinctly as a way to control people.
