John McCafferty, Delaware man had his family basketball hoop stolen by state officials in March of two thousand eleven. He claims that a state law not allowing trees and other objects seven feet within a roads' pavement is not constitutional. His basketball hoop was stolen in two thousand eleven.
In two thousand twelve he sued the Delaware Department of Transportation. Amazingly enough this basketball sat in the exact same position for sixty years. His wife even parked her van near this hoop to make it difficult for beaurocratic terrorists to steal it.
These goon terrorists actually threatened to arrest her and steal her car when they showed up. State employees lied to get this basketball hoop removed. The current code was not created until nineteen ninety eight.
Since this basketball hoop was first installed sixty years prior, this hoop should have never been stolen by Delaware Department of Transportation thugs.
