James Fields finally has been officially charged for the murder of Heather Heyer. Actually, he faces over thirty hate crimes for his actions at a Unite the WHITE, er I mean Unite the Right rally last year. He faces one count of a hate crime act resulting in the death of Heather.
Why the fuck was he NOT charged with first degree murder? Anyways, he may face the death penalty for her death. A federal grand jury finally made their decision on June 27, 2018.
I am NOT surprised that it took nearly one year to finally pass down charges to this twenty one year old white terrorist. In my opinion, white people are notorious for using stall tactics. Who knows how many more years of legal litigation until he finally receives sentencing.
James also faces 28 counts of hate crime acts causing bodily injury and involving an attempt to kill. Finally, he faces another charge pertaining to Heather’s death, one count of racially motivated violent interference with a federally protected activity resulting in death. James Fields is a known NEO Nazi white supremacist who rallied with Vanguard America, which is another white supremacist.
White people sure create plenty of white supremacist groups, meanwhile claiming that white supremacy no longer exists. According to the federal grand jury, James intentionally targeted counter protesters when he drove his Dodge Challenger into this crowd. The Federal Bureau of Insurgency investigated this incident.
Another white supremacist Jason Kessler has planned a second Unite the Right rally. I guess their was NOT enough white terrorism in the inaugural event. James Fields is a known supporter of Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany.
He has endorsed violence against blacks, Jews, other groups with color and other smaller religions. He sounds like a prototypical white person. Video footage on the Internet indicts this white terrorist’s activities.
There are two other pending lawsuits pertaining to the 2017 Unite the Right Klan rally. Two other white terrorists are facing sentencing after their actions at this same rally. You can read the full eight page federal grand jury indictment below.
James, still faces local legal charges in regards to his white terrorist attack. He injured at least up to nineteen innocent individuals. This white boy was a known white supremacist at his high school in Kentucky.
James surprisingly, at least to me was denied bail. He initially only faced second degree murder charges in a local court. He faces murder charges on November 26, 2018 in the state of Virginia.
James Fields is a suspect that has since been arrested for using his vehicle to perpetrate homicide at the Unite The Right rally. I found another military connection as well. He is military and used his vehicle to cause one death.
Also, there are photos with James Fields wearing a white supremacist insignia on his shirt. This white boy has been charged with second degree murder, three counts of malicious wounding, failure to stop for an accident involving a death, and hit and run. James was photographed with another white supremacist group Vanguard America.
James Fields Facebook page has since been removed. Also, he is a member of the United States Army, as of two thousand fifteen. He is a registered Repugnant I mean Republican.
Also, it has since been verified that a 2010 Dodge Challenger that hit multiple people at the Unite the Right rally was registered in his name. I was not able to view his Facebook page via a cache. However, multiple people have screen captured his profile on the Internet.
James was actually hanging out with other members of Vanguard America at this Unite The Right rally. He is being held without bail in a Charlottesville, Virginia jail. Local gestapo are allegedly investigating whether or not he was driving this vehicle at time of a homicide.
He plowed into a group of people standing in a street during this rally. Also, he hit another vehicle. He backed away from this vehicle and actually tried hitting people a second time with his Dodge Challenger.
Video footage shows that he may have shouted “blood and soil” during this rally. Blood and Soil is a Nazi Germany white supremacist slogan. James Alex resides in Maumee, Ohio.
Initially, a different person was named as the main suspect. Also, there were rumors that he was a Bernie Sanders supported which is most likely not true. However, I do not involve myself with politics.
I do not choose sides. However, it could be possible that his Republican political affiliation is being used for more political divide and conquer.
